Participant notice
Interview Participant Privacy Notice
If you are invited to an interview hosted on TrendFirst, understand how the research organization and platform handle your information before starting.
Who runs the study
The inviting research organization usually determines the purpose, questions, participants, and use, while TrendFirst supplies interview, storage, transcription, and analysis technology. Ask the research organization before proceeding if a study notice conflicts with this page.
Information that may be processed
Actual processing depends on features enabled for the study.
- Your responses, selections, transcripts, and session completion state.
- Voice, video, or recording segments when enabled and authorized.
- Device, browser, network, and necessary security and operational information.
Purposes
Information is used to complete the interview, provide transcripts and analysis to the research organization, check session quality, protect security, and troubleshoot technical issues, and should not be reused for incompatible purposes outside the study notice.
Audio and video
Recording begins only when the study enables it and the page completes the necessary authorization flow. If you do not want audio or video recording, leave before starting and ask the research organization about alternatives.
Sensitive information and separate choices
Recording, video, and other sensitive information must be necessary and separately consented to where required. Do not provide unrelated identity documents, passwords, payment credentials, or another person's sensitive data.
AI processing
AI may ask follow-up questions, generate transcripts, summarize themes, and support reports. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by the research organization against source material.
Who may access
Authorized study members and providers necessary for interviewing, storage, transcription, analysis, and security may access relevant data. The study notice should identify actual recipients, access scope, and any cross-border processing.
Your choices
You may stop before submission. For withdrawal, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the inviting research organization first with the minimum information needed to identify the study; contact support@trendfirst.top for technical issues.
Retention
Research information is retained according to the research organization's project needs, service agreement, and applicable obligations. Ask the research organization for the study-specific period and deletion arrangement.
Participation by minors
A guardian must provide lawful consent for a participant under 14, and the research organization must apply special rules. Other minors also require age- and risk-appropriate safeguards.
Contact channels
Ask the research organization about research purpose, incentives, eligibility, and result use. Contact support@trendfirst.top for platform technology, account security, or suspected data incidents.
