The research organization generally determines study purposes. The platform handles its own responsibilities or assists that organization under law and service terms.

The platform responds promptly after receiving enough information to verify a request and within the applicable legal period. Necessary extensions will be explained.

Requests may be limited for legal obligations, others' rights, trade secrets, security, litigation, or manifest abuse. Technical inconvenience alone is not a valid refusal reason.

Reply to the original case to request review. You may also complain to the competent authority or use other lawful remedies.
