Third-Party Services and Processing Categories
External-service categories supported by the codebase; actual production use depends on configuration and contracts.
Provider roles
Providers are used only as necessary to deliver and secure services. Projects may enable different capabilities, and customer-connected services remain the customer's responsibility.
AI and agent services
The codebase supports Alibaba Cloud Model Studio and Coze for enabled AI functions. Production enablement, model, region, retention, and training terms must be verified against current configuration.
Audio, video, and cloud recording
The codebase supports Volcengine-related cloud recording. Processing occurs only when enabled, authorized, and validly configured. Region and retention follow actual configuration and the study notice.
Object storage and infrastructure
Attachments, reports, and recordings may use configured storage and infrastructure. Recordings use private object paths, while access, location, backup, and lifecycle must be verified in production.
Email, logs, and monitoring
Configured email, logs, and monitoring support notices, troubleshooting, and security. Logs should not contain passwords, tokens, or unnecessary complete interview text.
Payment services
Connected enterprise payment channels process payment, queries, and refunds. The platform retains transaction identifiers and status needed for orders and reconciliation.
Provider changes
Material provider changes require appropriate security, contract, notice, and consent review. This page is not automatic proof of production enablement.
Verify an actual processing chain
Enterprise customers may contact their contract representative or support@trendfirst.top with a study scope and verification purpose.
