Follow the real product workflow from creating a study and running AI interviews to reviewing insights and exporting a report.
Getting started
After signing in, begin from AI Interview Projects. The research objective, target audience, and guide define the scope of later interviews and analysis.
- Create a project and enter the topic, objective, and target audience.
- Generate or edit the interview guide and verify questions, screening, and quality requirements.
- Confirm the project, publish its interview entry, and track real collection progress in the project.
Product guide
Confirm the research purpose and data authorization before each stage. Do not treat an unverified AI draft as a final research conclusion.
- Study design: define the business question before configuring samples and interview scope.
- Guide review: check probing logic, screening rules, and sensitive questions.
- Fieldwork: collect responses through the real project entry and monitor completion.
- Evidence review: verify themes, quotes, and conclusions against source responses.
Participant flow
Participants enter through the study link supplied by the research organization. Text, voice, video, or digital-person modes depend on project configuration.
- Read the study notice, privacy information, and recording consent before starting.
- Complete device checks and answer the interview as instructed on screen.
- Contact the inviting research organization first for study-content or participant-rights questions.
Insights & reports
The system can organize themes, quotes, and reports from collected material, while researchers remain responsible for checking source evidence, sample boundaries, and conclusion strength.
- Confirm which sessions and valid samples are included in the analysis.
- Verify that key findings trace back to real responses and quotations.
- Check brand styling, page content, and disclosure permissions before export.
