Terms of Service

By registering, signing in, requesting a demo, or using platform features, you agree to these terms and related privacy notices. A valid enterprise agreement or order controls where it expressly differs.

Provide accurate necessary registration details, protect credentials, and assign access only to authorized members. Contact support immediately after suspicious login, link exposure, or unauthorized use.

Do not use the platform to violate rights, undermine security, or conduct unlawful activity.

• Do not upload or process personal data, recordings, video, trade secrets, or protected content without authorization.
• Do not bypass authentication, access control, credits, subscriptions, or usage limits.
• Do not disrupt services, probe others' data, spread malware, or abuse interfaces at scale.
• Do not present unverified AI output as fact, professional advice, or another person's original work.

You retain lawful rights in customer data and authorize TrendFirst to process it as needed for selected services. You are responsible for notices, consent, or another lawful basis covering study subjects, participants, and content sources.

Rights in platform software, interfaces, marks, documentation, and preloaded content remain with their lawful owners. Customers retain lawful rights in their inputs, research design, and data. The platform receives only the limited permission needed to provide and secure selected services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each party must reasonably protect confidential information. Public, independently developed, lawfully received non-confidential, or legally compelled information is excluded. Compelled disclosure must be limited and notified where permitted.

AI probes, tags, summaries, insights, and reports may contain omissions or errors. Review them against source responses, study design, and professional judgment, and do not use them directly for medical, legal, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

Prices, terms, benefits, renewals, and refunds follow the purchase page and the Subscription, Credits, Payment and Refund Rules. Verify the product, workspace, amount, and payment method before paying. Valid enterprise orders or signed contracts prevail without excluding mandatory legal rights.

Some functions rely on cloud, AI, recording, email, payment, or monitoring providers. Enabling them may require necessary interaction with those providers, subject to applicable arrangements and any valid direct third-party terms.

We reasonably maintain service stability and security, but networks, cloud services, model providers, or planned maintenance may affect features. Contracted service levels govern enterprise customers where expressly agreed.

For unlawful use, security risk, serious infringement, malicious abuse, or failure to meet a valid order obligation, we may issue warnings, restrict, suspend, or terminate service as permitted and retain necessary records.

You may stop using the service and request closure under account and workspace rules. Termination does not remove accrued obligations. Export, deletion, and lawful retention follow the contract, project settings, and Privacy Policy.

Each party is responsible under law for its breach or unlawful conduct. AI output, transcription, and analysis require human review and must not directly determine matters materially affecting an individual. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Services offered in mainland China are governed by PRC law. Parties should first seek good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes follow a valid, prominently disclosed contract clause, or otherwise the court with lawful jurisdiction.

We update this page for material changes and provide appropriate notice when separate confirmation is required. Updates do not alter legal rights and obligations already accrued.
