This policy applies to the TrendFirst official site and platform. For customer-led studies, the customer or research organization generally determines the purpose and content, while TrendFirst supplies contracted technical processing. Participants should also read the study-specific notice.

TrendFirst is the platform service brand. The platform operator handles account, billing, security, and operations data; a customer-led research organization generally determines the purpose of study data while the platform provides contracted processing. The operator's legal identity and address must match the website filing, order, or signed contract. Contact support@trendfirst.top to verify these details before paying or submitting sensitive information.

We process information necessary for features actually used; displaying a feature does not mean every category is collected by default.

• Account and contact data such as username, email, display name, company, or team information.
• Research content such as project settings, guides, responses, transcripts, tags, analysis, and reports.
• Audio, video, recording segments, and media-access records when those features are enabled.
• Operational data such as device and browser type, network state, page performance, API state, errors, and necessary business-state events.

We use information only as needed to provide services, fulfill agreements, protect security, and improve the real product experience.

• Create accounts, conduct interviews, generate analysis and reports, and deliver requested features.
• Handle demo requests, support, subscription entitlements, and real transaction state.
• Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, perform security audits, and improve performance.

Information may be processed as necessary by configured storage, AI, email, payment, or monitoring providers to deliver selected features. We do not provide personal data for sale. Exact processing is also governed by customer contracts, system configuration, and provider rules.

Interview content may include audio, video, or sensitive information voluntarily disclosed by participants. It must be processed only when specifically necessary, with strict safeguards and separate consent where required. The platform does not extract facial or voiceprint features for identification unless expressly disclosed and lawfully authorized.

Storage and processing locations depend on deployment and enabled providers. Any cross-border processing must satisfy applicable transfer requirements and disclosure and consent duties. This policy does not imply that data is or is not transferred.

The platform applies risk-appropriate access control, transport protection, private storage paths, audit logs, backup, and incident response. Customers must protect credentials, permissions, and sharing links. No measure guarantees absolute security; report anomalies promptly.

The specific retention period is determined by the shortest period necessary for the processing purpose, the applicable customer project terms, and legal obligations. When a fixed date cannot be determined in advance, the applicable earliest point among completion of the purpose, termination of the customer project, and expiry of the legal obligation is used. Once deletion conditions are met, deletion or anonymization is carried out in accordance with verified customer instructions and applicable law. Where continued retention is legally required or deletion is temporarily technically impracticable, processing is limited to storage and security protection. Submit verifiable access, export, correction, or deletion requests to support@trendfirst.top.

Where applicable law permits, you may request information about and action on your personal data.

• Access, copy, correct, or supplement relevant personal data.
• Withdraw consent-based processing or request deletion when data is no longer needed.
• Close an account or raise questions and complaints about processing.

The platform is not intended for independent registration or self-directed research by children under 14. A research organization involving children must first obtain guardian consent, assess necessity, and apply strict safeguards.

If information is or may be leaked, altered, or lost, the platform will take remedial action and report or notify as required, including the likely impact, measures taken, protective steps, and contact channel.

We update this page when features, processing, or applicable requirements materially change. Changes that require renewed consent will be presented separately as required.
